Gut Healthy Citrus Salmon

Guest recipe and blog by Emily @wonderwhyimfat

Are you ready to brighten up your dinners with a healthy and delicious, citrus recipe to make you feel like you’re on vacation?! Hello Spring time and sunshine! And hello Citrus Salmon!

This is a great, healthy dinner that will make your belly happy and your guests asking for more. Salmon is is loaded with omega 3 fatty acids and a near perfect superfood – That’s why I try to eat it at least once a week. Plus, there are so many fun things you can do with it so you will never get bored.

For this recipe I took things to the next level by adding Just Thrive Precision PREbiotic. The tropical flavor of the PREbiotic drink mix complements this dish in the most delicious ways AND it helps all the good bacteria in my gut thrive!

Always remember when shopping for a prebiotic there are some on the market that feed on both the bad bacteria and good bacteria. Precision PREbiotic is uniquely formulated to support only the growth of beneficial bacteria for optimal digestive and immune health.

And – The natural, tropical flavor makes it such a great addition to so many of my favorite recipes. You can add a scoop into a fruit smoothie, popsicles, muffins, strawberry shortcake and even seafood... Just about anything you can think of! There is no easier way to stay healthy and balanced than with Just Thrive!
